Terms of Service
Please read this before commissioning me.
With your order you automatically agree to the following.
GENERAL
1. I reserve full rights on commissions.
2. I have the right to refuse a commission
3. I will post commissions on my social media, include them in my portfolio and stream them (unless stated otherwise). My NDA Fee is +20% of the endprice.
4. If the commission is a fanart of no OC, i can use it for prints / artbooks etc. unless discussed otherwise.
5. My art MUST NOT be used for NFT purposes or AI purposes.
6. You are NOT ALLOWED claim my work as your own.
7. You are allowed to repost the commission with watermark/signiture, with credits but not the full res, non watermark version!
8. You are NOT ALLOWED to use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed. Commercial Rights cost +50% of the endprize.
9. You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
10. Please, specify if you're a German citizen, an EU citizen or not EU citizen (no need to specify Country, just tell me if you live in EU or not! This info won't be shared with third parties, I need it to pay my taxes!)
11. I'll send you updates and the end of the commission via your email or discord.
12. Please understand that I have my own styles which I will not change for a commission. So make sure that you really only commission me if you want to see the commissioned art to be in my style!
PAYMENTS
1. You can cancel your order before I start your commission but please let me know so I can reserve your slot to someone else.
2. I will ask for full payment before starting you commission.
3. The prices from the time when the commission was placed is the valid one. So if I raise my prices after I already accepted your commission then you won’t have to pay the new price for that commission.
4. Commissions via VGen have to be paid via VGen and upfront (you can choose whichever paying method they offer for that).
5. You can also choose to pay via Paypal directly or via Bank Transfer.
6. Payment can be split into 2 parts. One half before I start and the other half after
REVISIONS
1. I will try to send you wips whenever there's progress in it. Don't hesitate to ask, in case I forget or when you're interested in the current stage of progress!
2. You can ask me to change everything you want during the sketch phase.
3. After the sketch was approved, I can change only colors or very small details. If you want me to change something significant I’ll ask you for an extra amount of money (it depends on the complexity).
REFUNDS
1. I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch or if I breach our contract.
2. Once I start the sketch there will be NO FULL REFUNDS, partial refunds are ok.
3. I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
COMMUNICATION
The client undertakes to inform the contractor as soon as there is an interest in duplicating the design or in any way wanting to make a profit from it.

WHAT I WON'T DO
- Visually old looking characters (not feeling comfortable about that yet)
- NSFW
- Gore (very slight is ok)
- Mecha (if it's one or two limbs it's fine)
- Animals/Furry (Anything less than 80% Human)
